Mindfulness is the practice of allowing yourself to be "mind-ful" to "full your mind" and notice what you are experiencing in a present moment.
It is not about making your thoughts go away as many people believe. It's about paying attention. When we pay attention, we are able to discover hiddent treasures, knowledge and ways of healing that was hidden in the noise and chaos of our world.
I will work with you one on one to help you to create an indvidual meditation practice.
Energy Healing
As a trained Reiki Master and Advanced I.E.T. practitioner, I offer training to my clients and/or indviduals and groups in order to learn about the value and benefit of energy healing. Many of my clients have found that energy healing training has been a wonderful and valuable addition to their coaching sessions.

House blessings 101 Training
The blessing of houses is an ancient tradition practised by diverse cultures and religions and is usually carried out by a spiritual leader.
However, I want to empower you with knowledge so you can "bless" your own home and/or business. The act of blessing your house or business is a prayer of gratitude and a request for protection for all who dwell within.
