The good news is that we all have the ability to change that which is permanent into something temporary. It just takes a leap of faith. The means is meditation, and the method is easy.
Know that I am speaking from personal experience. I was first introduced to meditation when I began my university studies. As a post-secondary honours student, I was shocked when I got a D+on an assignment. A pathetic D+!
It wasn't simply a grade; it was Failure: bold-faced, double-underscored failure with a capital F.
Shortly afterwards, I 'happened upon' a poster advertising a free meditation class that was being held on campus. I knew next to nothing about meditation. It wasn't even knowledge, simply preconceived notions.
Many of you may have similar ideas. You may think it's a 'fad' or a 'trendy' thing to do. I assure you, it is not. It is an ancient art with proven results. The results may vary with the individual but are beneficial for all.
That D+ I mentioned ... no longer a problem. I now look forward to and relish that time of day when I become 'totally empty-headed'.
