It's really about connecting to and listening to your soul. In our sessions together, I act as your guide and facilitator to help you examine the areas that are out of balance in your life, career and work.
I will share some tools that have been successful for me. The solutions will be unique and specific to your lifestyle, values and dreams.
I will share with you, if you request it and only if my story can aid you in moving forward, the story of how I got to where I am today.

Coaching Methods
Whether we meet face to face or talk on the phone, the confidential time we share is dedicated to you and you alone. When was the last time you devoted a solid hour to yourself?
That is one of the values of the coaching relationship – it allows you to focus on you.
Telephone
I coach primarily by phone because it affords people privacy, eliminates travel costs and is more convenient for most of my clients. It also offers other benefits:
- Instead of being limited to coaches nearby, who may not specialize in the areas you need assistance with, you can work with your ideal coach, no matter where you are located.
- Because you are in your own comfortable environment, you will feel relaxed and ready to share.
- You can choose a secure location to ensure complete confidentiality for yourself.
- Face to face meetings can be intimidating. The telephone takes away this factor, placing you and your coach on equal ground and giving you the confidence to speak freely and openly.
- Telephone coaching takes less time. With no travel and no “settling in” for a meeting, you can get right to work and use your time more efficiently.
Face-to-Face
A select few clients prefer to meet with me one on one for their coaching sessions. Face to face coaching is ideal for people who feel the need for a closer connection and who are comfortable talking openly and directly to another person.
Group Coaching
Group coaching enables you to participate in coaching and connect with others who have also chosen life coaching to help them with the challenges they face. I offer two modes of group coaching.
Women who want to meet, learn from and share with other women can take part in my Serenity on a Sunday (SOS) and/or my other Monthly Connections for Women. Each session presents a new subject for discussion, so you can continue to grow and develop as you follow your path to an authentic life.
I am also happy to work with community groups and organizations to plan group sessions for their staff, volunteers or members.
Webinars
Like telephone coaching, a Webinar allows you to connect to a valuable self empowerment course from the comfort of your own home or office. Using the Internet and your phone, simply dial a number and link to the online seminar.
