First and foremost, I am a child of the Divine.  Secondly, I am a 'Momster'―both a mom and a sister. Since the passing of our mother, I have been raising my teenage sister and have happily become a 'Momster'.

Like my mother, I have been divinely blessed with the gifts of compassion and a finely-attuned, crystal-clear intuition.

Perhaps not unlike you, I have been in love and have experienced both heartbreak and betrayal.  I have experienced low-self esteem and confidence. I have chosen the path of healing and empowerment to not let my child-hood sexual abuse and other painful situations to keep me from being my great self.

Although previously married, I am now divorced.  As heart-wrenching as my divorce was, it actually re-awakened and deepened my commitment to spirituality and put me on my authentic path to clean and clear up my emotional, spiritual and now physical clutter. I came to realize that what seemed like a personal failure was actually a stepping stone towards a renewed and more impassioned desire for all things spiritual and and created a road-map to reclaim the real me.

Regret, shame and fear are no longer a part of my person because I am  repeatedly shown and unequivocally know that with the Divine all things are indeed possible.  Experience has led me to where I am today:  happy and spiritually thriving. I have been blessed with privilege of helping others. Even, in Greek "Ophelia" means "helper", I was born to do what I do and that is to serve and help others to know with out a doubt that they are loved by the Divine and can be healed by His/Her love.

Ultimately, I'm a tell-it-as-I-intuitively-sense-it type of person and am passionately committed to helping people to heal self-esteem wounds in order that they may see who they really are through the Divine's eyes in order to truly be whole and happy.  This is the first step towards forging and maintaining more profound relationships with others.  To love another, we must truly discover and master self-love.

I have Bachelor degrees in both Psychology and Metaphysics, along with other credentials, which I uniquely blend with my intuitive gift and practical problem-solving ability to assist others who find themselves in unhappy, low-self-esteem, disappointing or troubled relationships and/or who have not fully healed by thier child hood wounds. I use spiriutal tools, resources and life coaching techniques to help you to be your great self.
